By accessing this website or engaging the services of Lowtide Corporate LLC, operating as Lowtide Compounding Pharmacy ("Lowtide," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Lowtide provides 503A patient-specific compounding and central fill fulfillment services to licensed pharmacies, clinics, wellness providers, and telehealth organizations. Services are provided pursuant to valid prescriptions and applicable partnership agreements.

3. Eligibility & Partner Accounts

Access to partnership services is limited to licensed pharmacies, providers, and organizations meeting applicable state and federal requirements. Before an account is activated, Lowtide verifies the licenses and credentials you provide during onboarding, and you agree to keep that information current for the duration of the relationship.

4. Prescriptions & Medical Disclaimer

Lowtide fills prescriptions issued by licensed prescribers and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients should direct clinical questions to their prescribing provider.

5. Fees & Payment

Partnership pricing, invoicing terms, and payment schedules are set out in individual partner agreements. Where those agreements are silent, invoices are due on receipt and Lowtide may suspend service on accounts that remain unpaid.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Lowtide Compounding Pharmacy. Consent is collected when you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages through our website forms, during onboarding, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services.

Message types you may receive include:

  • Order updates, such as prescription received, in progress, shipped, and tracking or delivery ETA notifications
  • Delivery notifications, including delivered confirmations, refrigeration reminders, and replacement-shipment notices
  • Shipping or weather delay alerts

After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
